A-maze-ing Safe - Hints and solution

Dear puzzle friend!

Do you need a little help with the A-maze-ing Safe? Under the tab "HINTS" you will find hints that will take you further.

Do you want to put a small gift into the A-maze-ing Safe? Under the tab "SOLUTION" you will find the fastest way to open the safe!

The "RESET" tab shows you how to reset the A-maze-ing Safe. This can happen in two cases:

- you started playing the marble game, lost it and want to start from the beginning
- you successfully opened the safe and want to reset it to its initial state so that other players can have fun with it

If you just want to fill the safe with money, use this slot:

Find the word START

Start your A-MAZE-ING adventure here. To activate the game, bring the marble to the right slot as shown, insert a coin into the activation slot and then rotate the wheel counterclockwise until the marble is released and can roll through.

Can you see any moving or rotating parts along the way of the marble?

Rotate the little tower until the marble gets into its big slot and can be pushed forward.

The marble needs to get to the point highlighted with the green circle. If at this or any other point of the game the marble reaches the skull symbol (highlighted with the red circle) - it means you have to start the game from the beginning. See the explanation below.

To reset the game if the marble reached the "skull" do the following:
Bring the marble to the upper level via tilting the Safe or turning it upside down. Then turn the "tower" clockwise until the marble gets into its big slot. Turn the "tower" again to push the marble to the initial position. Now it's time to insert another coin to activate the game and try again!

Bring the marble one level higher. Study carefully all the sides of the safe - do you see any "lifting" opportunities?

Bring the marble into the hexagon slot of the side wheel. This wheel has a spring so you can change the positions of the holes. Rotate the wheel until the symbols of the spring coincide and then push the wheel up so that the marble can continue its way.

Bring the marble in this direction.

First bring the marble in the spiky slot of the left wheel, then transfer the marble to the right wheel by connecting the spiky slots of both wheels.

Now that the wheel brought the marble here, how can you get it to the lock symbol?

NOTE: be careful to not have to start from the beginning again ;)

Use the smaller of the two spiky holes on the right wheel and bring the marble to the final lock. Can you see any moving parts here?

Lift the gate up so that the marble can run under the gate. Then press onto the marble to release the safe door.

To open the safe without solving the marble run game you will need a pointy object, e.g.

Sim card eject pin
Paper clip
Earring
Push pin
Needle
A piece of metal wire

Insert the object into the slot, as shown and pull the switch up to release the safe door.

Now you can open the door

Press onto the marble with the moving gate and adjust the safe door to close the safe.

Release the marble from under the gate and bring it to the tower. Turn the tower clockwise until the marble gets into its big slot. Continue turning the tower to bring the marble to the initial position.
